This week was our final week of class and we got to go to New York City.
In the Morning we went to The Spaceship which is an ad agency that we visited. this was really intresting and a diffrent environment then I would have thought it was open and they promoted using that open space in any way possible this could be in a confrence room our in their ping pong room. I thought this was really cool because they had freedom to how they get there work done. An alumni of Elmira College gave us the tour and talked to us about what they do for the companies they work with.
Next we went to lunch and had another alumni come and speak to us about the hot topics of the social media worl of marketing. This was really intresting because we got to hear this from someone who graduate from Elmira and go a job in the field I am looking into.
The last thing we did is meet Tommy Hilfiger's brother Andy who runs his own fashion comapany and we got to see what he does and how he does it. It was diffrent to look at the marketing side of cloths and fashion because that is something that i have never thought about before.
